Good observation. My My sister's ex hubby is a retired Union Iron Worker, his son is a current iron worker. Years ago the large brewery union in Saint Louis was mostly family passed on jobs, not so much now. BB

The Iron Workers was a tough organization to get into unless you had "connections", may be better now.
