Justin at Benno's worked on my iPad. Located in the strip mall behind the PeMex station on the liberamento.

I just learned this from Joyfull on TOB and have cleared both my hubby's iPad and my iPhone...and I intend to do this daily.
Click the "on" button twice (after turning on normally and signing in) and all the apps that you've ever opened will appear in cascading sheets. Swipe UP from the bottom to clear them off one by one. One swipe up for each app. Doesn't take long and MAY solve your problem.
I appreciate the heads up about Justin at Benno's should I ever need his services. Thanks
