Hi, my download rate right now is 10 Mbps. And upload 0.7. I have been trying to download software for my HP laserjet, but it keeps timing out. I'm on a Mac desktop.

I'm putting a related question in a separate thread.

OK, so I took link and copied it to my laptop. Tood the kaptop downstairs, literally next too the modem, and it worked.

Mind you, didn't solve my problem of business cards only printing the first line but there you go.

Your printer should be telling you that...right on the front of the printer that you are out of black toner (you did say you had an HP LaserJet didn't you?)

Anyway...if it is toner that you're short on...take out the toner cartridge and gently rock it from side to side and also forward and back. GENTLY being the operative word and then re-install it. Should get you another 100 pages or so before you need to replace it.

And, anybody who acknowledges that they've made a mistake on an open webboard gets an AOK in my books.

Thanks, and yes it is annoying I didn't get a message. In any case, I tried the ol' shake thing but no luck. Walmart did not have my sixe, so I'll have to go to Benno manaña.
