We are renting and have a small pool, is there a place to buy pool covers here. Need something to help with evaporation and warmth. Thanks

I get mine from "Pool Stuff" which is across from Toritos next to Telmex. He will come and measure your pool and get it made in GDL. Takes two or three days. Good quality covers.

Most pool supply shops will get one made for you. Home Services, just East of Super Lake is one place.

Do the covers really help and are they expensive?

They make a huge difference. Cost depends on size and shape.

Yes, I second David. They make a HUGE difference in reducing evaporation and holding in the heat, particularly on these cold nights. They are about double the cost as NOB and only last 1/2 as long due to the extreme UV's at this latitude/elevation. I paid about $3200 MXN ($210 CDN) for my last one which is 10' x 28'.
