The ATM at el Torito is once again working and accepting the 360 ATM card as part of the Allpoints system.

Apparently it's now the only machine left Lakeside. Even though the Foliatti Casino is listed on the Allpoint website, I couldn't find a Banorte machine inside there, only private ones.

I believe that would be "Capital One Card".  The Word "capitol" refers to a bulding  housing administrative functions in a politically designated  subdivisión. "Capital", on the other hand. means "mighty fine" among other references as in such cities as Montgomery or Mexico City.

I do not understand the problem and I am sure it is my fault, but as a user of the Capital One 360 debit card, I have no problems at most ATMs getting at least 20.24 after the commission.

If there is a compelling reason to use a specific ATM, please illuminate me.

No fee will be charged at the El Torito old style machine so if you want to take out smaller amounts at a time, that's the machine to use. The card works in any ATM for a fee which ranges from $17.40 to $46.25 (CI Banco to the new Banorte machines) which makes the rate lower for small withdrawals...it's less of an affect for large withdrawals.

OIC. Unless I am in that area, the savings would be eaten up by the cost of gas. Thanks for the clarification.
