Several months ago, I had to file a legal action against Notario #2 ... still pending. Turns out he's got a lot more on his plate ->

Sorry, missed that post. Doesn't hurt to reinforce on this one 'cause #2 has written a LOT of wills, real estate closings, and other docs for Lakeside expats. If he did anything for anyone reading this, have it reviewed.

For sure. He did our closing about 4 years ago.

He did our wills, powers of attorney and deed.

I was impressed at his thoroughness and the real-time translation software he used. He told us the first thing he did each morning was to re-check all the documents he prepared the previous day before finalizing them.

I find the story hard to believe. I wonder if there's a sub-plot?
