Telecable internet is slow in Riberas Empty Telecable internet is slow in Riberas

Is anyone else having a problem with Telecable internet being slow? I am paying for 10 mB download and it is less than a half mB download speed as measured by Speedtest.net. I have reset both the modem and router and have no difference. In the past, the download speed was 10 or better when tested.

Telecable internet is completely out for me this morning. I guess the storm last night knocked them out.

They do not have the bandwidth to support their users. You will probably get your 10mb early morning, but as the day goes on it will slow. By afternoon and in the evening it is always well under 5mb and sometimes very low like you mention.
