They were from all over Mexico. Nascar is becoming huge deal down here. About 20,000 people attended todays event and I imagine that number will climb once the word gets out that the Cajititlan track is back in business.

Next event here is Sept. 10/17.

Nice pictures CanuckBob, how often do they race there? After reading your post I see where you say again in Sept. BTW do you know anything about the houses across the road, does many come up for rent?

Probably 2 or 3 events per year. I know nothing of the houses across the street.
