Can I upgrade to W-10 English from a w-10 Spanish installation?

If you have the pro version the language pack is already there to convert it. If you have the Spanish only version you will need to purchase the pro version upgrade online. It's about $150 USD. This is what I had to do after purchasing a new laptop at WalMart. They all come with the Spanish only version of W10.

It was impossible with the windows version installed on the laptop I bought from Walmart. They apparently do custom single language versions for the big retailers to keep their price points down.

I wouldn't trust any pirated operating system not to have spyware or other nefarious Trojans tucked inside.

Just put a Linux OS on it and be done with Windows for good! The only person you will be cheating is the one who spent valuable time creating a virus for your Windows machine.

For a couple hours today Bill Gates (Microsoft) dropped into second place in the "Richest Person In All Creation" competition. Jeff Bezos (Amazon) crept ahead for a few hours but by closing time on Wall Street Gates was back in his familiar #1 spot. Both are in the $90 billion range. $$$$$
