La Floresta Mini Storage - terms and conditions

I want to see what the terms and conditions (the contract) are for the La Floresta mini storage place. I went there and asked to see them but they said it only printed out when they entered you into the computer as a client. Of course I want to read it before I become a client. Does anyone here use their facility and have a fairly recent contract I could look at?

As Pelosi said" We have to pass the Affordable Care Act to see what is in it." Watch out CB!!

Since that facility is usually quite full with a waiting list for some sized units I am surprised that no one on here has a contract to share.

Don't know what you mean by contract Bob. When we signed up for ours we got a receipt showing we paid for 1 full year in advance and got the 13th month free. Listed the unit number. I don't recall any contract.

Maybe things have changed. When I used them about 6 years ago there was a 2 sided legal "terms and conditions" sheet that I signed. It talked about liabilities, insurance, etc., etc. Of course I threw it away several years ago.

Really pretty ridiculous that he cannot show you the agreement. He certainly has copies of other people's contract. He could print one out or make a duplicate of a paper copy, black out the personal information and show it to you. How hard would that be???

Well the manager wasn't there and I was dealing with a nice young man who told me that. Perhaps I'll go back. Good idea!!
