How can I block number to cell phone

I have gotten 10 calls in a row from 333 620 4215 twice today on my cell phone, when I answer, no one is there, Is there a way to block the number...

Yes.
Depend on the phone you have. But normally: SETTING >> PRIVACY >> BLOCK CALL >> then it prompts you to enter the phone # you desire to block.

Depends on the brand of phone you have. On an iPhone you pull up the number in "Recieved Calls" click on details and there's "Block this number" button.
If you can't figure it out go to a phone store.
