Paulo Farmacia the Medicine Man, our friend Paulo owns a farmacia in El Chante and he can get your meds for you at discounted prices. He delivers to your home, wherever you live. We have used him for years. My hubby was on a med a while back that was $1000p and up per month, Paulo was able to get it for $800p a month. quite a bit of savings and you do not need a prescription.
