Made this for the first time yesterday...most excellent!

ROCKY ROAD FREEZE

1 CAN SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
1/2 C CHOCOLATE SYRUP
2 C WHIPPINC CREAM
1 C MINATURE MARSHMALLOWS
1/2 C CHOCOLATE CHIPS (or whatever...M&M"s?...use your imagination)
1/2 C SALTED PEANUTS

In a small bowl combine syrup & milk...set aside.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream until stiff peaks form.
Fold in chocolate mixture, marshmallows, chips & peanuts
Freeze until firm... Overnite in a mixing bowl...less in a casserole dish. it takes some time for the cream to set firm.

I'm gonna make it for my hubby...sounds decadently delicious.

Now if I was writing that recipe for my hubby to make, it would read like this
"In a mixing bowl, beat cream WITH AN ELECTRIC MIXER until stiff peaks form."
He once made me a lemon meringue pie and tried to beat the eggs whites to a stiff peak WITH A FORK. Said that making the pie was really hard work ;)

I know. Alas, that was nearly twenty years ago and he hasn't made one since.
Wonder why. :) I still don't have an electric mixer either.
