We stopped by for the preview of the new Richard's Restaurant in Chapala today. It's a very nice place and Richard and Rosalind are great people! Lots of great Tapas to sample as well.

It's in the NW across from Soriana and around the corner from Ron the mechanic.They are open Wednesday to Saturday from 5 till 9. We'll be sure to make a reservation for next week when they are officially open. I sure hope they keep Samuel on staff (awesome server)

They have a very nice menu. My wife attended the opening and said good things.
