Don't know about that, but I have Shaw and so do countless others here. Perhaps Shaw is saying that they can no longer participate in Canadian residents using their services outside of Canada so all you do is use your Canadian address to register your box and then bring it on down. I even brought a dish down on the plane. You can pay your monthly bill with your Canadian charge card or online through your Canadian bank.

BTW....if you don't have a Canadian address there are "services" here that can get you hooked up no problem.

When I brought a couple down, I left them in the original cardboard packing boxes, securely taped. $50 each as extra luggage.

Yep, just what Helperguy says. E75 in original box for a $50 extra baggage fee. Since I came through the US I was notified, by a note that was taped to it, that "US homeland security" had opened it and looked it over.

Shaw E75 Dish for Sale

Post by Ezzie on Mon Jul 01, 2013 10:30 pm

I have an E75 still in box I brought down as I no longer needed it at my "Primary" in Canada - Shaw upgraded me to the new LNB on a 60E there. It was used only one year up there. I also have an extra 600 receiver if anyone needs one. It is still active on my account so we would need to change it over to your account. PM me if interested.
