my friends and i dined in on christmas day. we had a great prime rib from Mega .... the one next to the "new" CostCo in Guad. also got a great price on it, about $80MX a kilo. and used a short bake recipe on it, so didn't have to use up a lot of propane.

We dined in and had 2 couples from our Community for Dinner. We started off with Green olives with anchovies, a vegetable dip and slices of Gouda cheese with Ritz crackers.

We had Homemade creamy carrot soup, Kirkland's Baked Spiral Cut ham, a raisin and pineapple tidbits sauce for the ham, mashed sweet potatoes, broccoli, corn and homemade cheesecake with raspberry topping for dessert.
