Hello, gallo ...
Hypothetically speaking, if your roof suddenly acquired a distressed and voluble rooster of unknown provenance, what would you do about it (if anything)?

I would ask my neighbors if they had a missing rooster.

The gallo has chosen to move on to an adjacent roof. (None of our immediate neighbors have any visible chicken coops or pens, so we don't know how far he's travelled.)

When we lived in Ixtlahuacán, the neighbor's chickens would scoot in under the gate. They normally lived in a vacant lot next to our house. The Corgis would happily herd them around the garden and then they'd leave.
