What is an appropriate tip in Mexico for the tour guide and the driver? We have taken three one-day tours and are booked for another two. Is the old 10 - 15% of the total cost the correct amount? It seems high to me or maybe I'm just cheap. We are planning some multi day trips (4 - 7 days) and I want to make sure that we are in the ball park with our tip.

I tip how much I like them.   Good job = good tip.   Crappy job = maybe nothing
