Does anyone know someone who can repair an adustable side view mirror on a Ford Expedition? I've got it so it will adjust side to side but can't figure out how to get it to adjust up and down. Doesn't need any new parts, just needs to be put back together correctly.

Locally (Lake Chapala), you might ask the guys now operating Fernando's body shop (whatever it is called now), in Villa Nova, north side of the Carretera, just west of the Casa de Wafle restaurant. They might be able to adjust or repair.
