Single professional woman, non-smoking, worked out of my home, need quiet home with garden.
I have a 14 year old cat.
I have been renting in Riberas for the past 3 years and can provide reference.
I take good care of house I rent.

My top budget would be $5,000/5,500 pesos monthly. I earn in pesos not dollars.

I am looking at a yearly lease, starting September 2014.
