nice one. having lived in spain for 12 years I relate to it. just trying to collect a parcel from the post office was the same farce.. keeps millions employed though..funcionarios..

If you listen to the accent it is from Spain not from Mexico but you can see where the Mexican bureaucracy got their genes from..
It is an old one but it keeps popping up as it is so appropriate.

We were watching an English detective show last night from the sixties (the young Morse)....the NEW police chief said..."I am putting this station on notice, I will not stand for any breaches of procedure or any Spanish Practices".
