A little wreck
My husband had a little accident in our Dodge Ram truck and went off road on the libramiento yesterday. We haven't taken it in to be repaired yet but there will be damage to the underside of the truck, so far we think that there is a damaged shock absorber. When I looked at it this morning I noticed that when the door was opened it went ding ding ding like it does when the ignition is left in the auxiliary position instead of off but that wasn't it. In fact, when I tried to turn the key all the way toward me it wouldn't easily turn . I couldn't make the dinging stop until I closed the door. There isn't any damage to the door so it's probably something underneath. Anyone know what that might be? I'll be taking it in later but I'd like to see if I can get some idea before that, if possible.
Any suggestions about where to take it?

If it is only mechanical damage (and not body work) you could take it to Ron Young in Chapala. I use him for all my mechanical needs.
