Centro de Verificacion y Multiservicios in Chapala will do your emissions check for you. We stopped by and in 10 minutes we had our new sticker, 250 pesos. Address is 375 Zaragoza. Heading into Chapala, go straight through the red light to the second cross street, which is Zaragoza. Turn left and it is down about 3 blocks on the right. Just drive in and get it. They don't speak English so ask for control de emisiones.
