Vertigo Empty Vertigo

If you've ever had vertigo, I wanted to share an easy cure.  Vertigo feels like the room is spinning.  I woke up in the middle of the night with it once and spent a week in bed unable to move my head or the room would spin.  I finally tried the Foster Maneuver and it worked right away!  I'm on a mission to share this information!
