Periferico bus stops? Empty Periferico bus stops?

Hello. I would like to travel from Guadalajara to Puerto Vallarta. As I recall in the past, both ETN and Preimera Plus in addition to departing from the camiones central in Guadalajara, they also stopped on the periferico at additional boarding points. Mr. Google has been illusive so far in my search for these locations. Can anyone please help me with specific bus stop locations on the periferico (by bus company name)?  Thank you.

I believe the small terminal is just west of the Periferico on Hiway #15.
