I've seen wine in those tetrapaks at Wal-Mart.

Avoid the one labeled California. It is not California wine, rather baja wine and it is terrible.

They have box wine at the liquor store east of Superlake. It is all the way back on the left on the bottom shelf. White and red. I think it is the California wine, but we have bought it and it is ok. It is 37 pesos a liter.

We liked Padre Kino better than California (Baja California wine) and both are available at Soriana.  Padre Kino comes in 1L glass carafes, which are nice for keeping water in the refrigerator, etc.
Years ago, we did not like Padre Kino, but it has improved greatly in the past decade. If you find it a bit too sweet, just mix it with Savaunet, just like some of the restaurants do for their house wine.

The Malloys at Purely Canadian hae Santa Alicia wines in 3 Lt. boxes. As far as I know only restaurants have them so far. Santa Alicia is very good quality wine.

It's an easy error David especially as it is a very unusual way of spelling M(a)(o)llow

I don't know the cost of the boxed wines. You can find all the Santa Alica wines (except the boxes) at PAZ Vinos y Licores. Purely Canadian is opposite the Pemex on the Caraterra.

Mallow is a great little town in County Cork, but the ruling beverages are Murphy's and Guinness.   lol!
