Gas price change

I always found it hard to know Mexican law. Once they make or change a law it seems like no one understands it or knows how to enforce it. Then they change it again and the whole understanding/enforcement process starts over again. Wonder why they make laws and changes before means testing them? No wonder, for me, there was always constant confusion trying to figure out what the heck the laws/rules really are.

I read the article and didn't know that the individual stations could price adjust down. I never bothered to look at the prices at different stations.

Maybe the government sets a maximum price?

I know on L.P., the guy is willing to horse-trade a little if I have him fill the tank all the way. He also always says "The price is going up next week."
