Current Exchange Rates (US, CDN versus Mx)

I look at the CDN - MX rate and I think - not too shabby. I look at the US - MX rate and I think - Wow. Is it out of whack? This US - MX exchange rate is obviously a great boon for those having/getting US funds. I'd sure want my rental agreement here priced in pesos as a Canadian, otherwise my spending would get constricted very fast on a fixed income of only CDN funds. If I held an investment portfolio more US exposure would be a good move, I think.
