Recommendatios for Pulmonologist needed for friend's son

Has anyone used a pulmonologist either at lakeside or in Guadalajara who you would recommend?
My friend's son has need of one.

Thanks RV but I would like a recommendation from someone who has experience with the pulmonologist.
Because they are brought into the various medical groups does not mean they are good. Some are some are not.
Many are friends of the administrative doctor or have a small practice and have the time to come out to the lake.

Dr Rogelio Peralta at Quality Care has treated me for over a year both in San Javier and here in Ajijic.  He is very thorough, very pleasant and speaks perfect English.  If chest x-rays are available, take them with you.

He practices in Guadaljara and Texas. He goes back and forth.

I went to him and liked him. He is a no non-sense dr, goes right after the problems and does not do unecessary tests.
