Hi. Does anyone know if a phone locked to Telus can be used in Mexico or parts of Central America?

No, it can not. You need to get Telus to unlock it OR you need to find someone to pirate it. Otherwise it is useless.

Thanks for the reply. When you say "pirate it", are you referring to unlock it using a code bought online or some other similar means?
