Website wants an address - then sends SPAM?
I subscribe to a Privacy blog that has an interesting article on a free 10 minute email address to use so you can see the article but not get the SPAM

Check out spamgourmet.com, too.
Works well. You can create email addresses as you go. Each of them works only for a predefined number of emails.

Those look great. Lots of times I've wanted to take a poll, get an estimate, etc. without having to worry about giving away my "real" address. Anti spam tools are a whole lot better than they used to be, even my throw-away addresses are several years old now.
