I'm looking for several RV Park recommendations for this coming winter in the Chapala/Ajijic area.

I don't know of any in Chapala or Ajijic however there is one in Jocotepec called Roca Azul. Here is a link to their site: http://roca-azul.com/

You may be able to park an RV at Hotel Perico too. You could call and ask. It is a nice facility not too far from both Chapala and Ajijic.

Thank you CanuckBob. This helps. If you learn of anymore RV parks, closer to Chapala and Ajijic, please let me know.

The Hotel Perico is by far the best choice. Roca Azul is way out there.

I doubt you will find any hook-ups at Hotel Perico, so it would only be good for a matter of days, if they allow you to park.
The best place really is Roca Azul for full RV connections.

I'm totally self contained, including solar panels, so I can manage w/o hookups for quite awhile. So if they allow it it's a good option for me. A combination of both would be good.

What's your RV? A motorhome, travel trailer or 5th wheel? Hotel Perico may work for you, but how will you get around? Can't really walk to anywhere from Perico. If you have transportation other than your unit it'd probably work o.k.

You can't really walk anywhere from Roca Azul either so having a car will be a bonus. If you are talking with Perico tell them the footage of your RV to ensure you can get it in there. It may be a bit tricky for a larger unit.
