Carraterra and Juarez in Ajijic on corner for little chicken store is my favorite for rotisserie chicken. New chicken chain in Ajijic uses charcoal rather than the normal rotary chicken cooker so I guess it is grilled. It does taste different and my fix it guy says its Sonora style. My wife thinks its salty I like it. Fries are good. Old chicken chain place in Ajijic has OK chicken and it is rotisserie but lets the chicken grease drip on small potatoes. (Homer Simpson drooling sound).
