Being person is near Telmex and distance is a big issue with DSL I second Telmex. During high season on sunday my 10 Telecable turns into 2 or 3.  Telmex tends to be more stable as signal is on phone wires all the way back to switch. Telecable one shares with Hood. I would take five in a second with Telmex over eight on Telecable on a busy day.
