Can anyone tell me how secure the long term parking lot is at GDL?

Take a cab/drriver it is much cheaper than long term parking, no mess,no fuss, typically cheaper than at the off-site parking areas...

This request is not for me but a couple with an RV who want to park their rig at GDL while they visit Cuba. Do you know of any reason why they shouldn't?

Strongly suggest that they look at the offsite LT parking operations. We have used both Cheap Cost and Alvolar very successfully. For a car, in the neighborhood of 99 pesos a day.
