If you go to Guadalajara to the jewelry district between Plaza Tapatio and the Cabanas, you will see the three story jewelry store. Take a photo and show it to any of the vendors and they will direct you to a vendor that carries E6000. Or you can order it on-line from Fusion Beads.....they deliver for $9.99.
