Re: vertigo
Presuming you've been checked by a cardiologist and neurologist . . . Many reasons for dizziness besides vertigo.

Re: vertigo
Vertigo: a sensation of whirling and loss of balance, associated particularly with looking down from a great height, or caused by disease affecting the inner ear or the vestibular nerve; giddiness.
synonyms: dizziness, giddiness, light-headedness, loss of balance, loss of equilibrium.
This is just the name for the symptoms, not the cause. So...the doctors gave it name. This is not a diagnosis of the problem.

You can do this maneuver yourself. Just google it and try it. It has worked for me several times in the last 15 years.

Re: vertigo
I've done it in my office and have taught my patients how to do it at home.

Yes Serc worked Very Well for me! A little expensive (for me $800 Pesos every 2 weeks). I had tumors removed from behind my right ear (3 times in three years) and because of this I get vertigo.
Last year the tumors come back a forth time and after they were taken care of the doctor prescribed me Serc it made my life so much better.

So who determines which ear has the problem?

Re: vertigo
Have a doctor perform an exam. He can then direct you to the proper exercises.
Dr, Santiago can perform this test and demonstrate proper exercise. He has solved my long-standing vertigo problem after one viit and instructions for Epley maneuvers.
