Experience with auto shop in San Antonio? Empty Experience with auto shop in San Antonio?

Does anyone have experience with an auto repair shop in San Antonio called Afinaciones Martinez? Owner named Jose and they do "Control de emisiones" and Diagnosticos y Aninaciones por Computadora which is the air pollution test and Computer Diagnostics. A girlfriend who is new here is having a car problem - all dashboard lights lit up and someone is sending her there. I've only had an oil change there so no experience.
