Go see Travis Ashby at, I think, Ajijic Real Estate. He is a poster here and runs a banner ad at the top of the screen, although I wasn't able to bring it up. Maybe CBob can comment on that or confirm the name of the agency he is with and contact info.

Good guy, native English speaker, speaks Spanish, been here around 10 years. . .

Travis and Thomas are both great guys. I wouldn't hesitate to use either one of them.

Just stay away from Coldwell Banker. We know what they are like.......jaja.

The market is pretty hot right now for properties that are priced right. I know of 3 people that recently sold their places within 60 days. Agents tell me they are very busy.

what price range are hearing is hot right now?
And can anyone refer to an agent that works with higher end properties and tapatios, as well as NOB buyers

Sorry, I don't have specifics other than "properties that are priced right". If you bought between 2006 and 2008 you can still expect to get 30% to 50% less than what you paid.
