In all of these years on Mexico forums and all of the pendejos I've come across, I don't think I have ever read a post that is so ridiculous as the one you posted above. For your sake I hope you are just trolling because anyone stupid enough to write that should be under 24 hour supervision.

Moron, try reading my first post on this thread. Whoever told you this is completely full of shit and you are stupid for repeating it.
And what is with the "Mexican national" bullshit? It is just Mexican. Some gringos act like it is a slur or something.

This guy joelpb's grammar and spelling are so atrocious that he must be one of those scam artists from Nigeria. Can you believe, "be leave" from this troll?
Also, I believe a Mexican policeman cannot legally ask for your passport and papers. Only an immigration officer or a Federale can do that. Lizzy

The Mexican constitution also makes a distinction between a national of Mexico and a citizen of Mexico.
As in most other Latin American and European countries, Mexican law differentiates between nationality and citizenship.
"Mexican nationality is defined in the 30th article of the Constitution of Mexico. The 32nd article establishes that a separate nationality law is to regulate the exercise of the rights given by Mexican legislation to those Mexicans that also possess another nationality and to establish the norms to avoid the conflicts generated by the use of double nationality. This law was last modified in 2005.
In general terms, Mexican nationality is based on both the principle of jus soli and the principle of jus sanguinis. The Mexican constitution also makes a distinction between a national of Mexico and a citizen of Mexico."

Mexican cops don't enforce immigration law unless it is raping and robbing those from their southern border and below.

I can't "be leave" this moron either. I'm one of the first he attacked when he began trolling this board, and that was on a thread that's been dead for weeks. I wrote a scathing response, but deleted it almost immediately. I don't mind a good fight, in fact I often enjoy them, but beating up on the mentally challenged is where I draw the line. Of coarse he claims to be from Arizona, so go figure.bobnliz wrote:This guy joelpb's grammar and spelling are so atrocious that he must be one of those scam artists from Nigeria. Re: Is This For Real ?
There's also a provision in the AZ law that allows anyone to sue police who are not enforcing the law. The sheriff of Pima has stated that he will not enforce the law. I'm sure that there will be lawsuits which will result in the law's being declared inconstitutional.

The US will be instituting a new form of ID ... it will be called REAL ID ... one will have to prove 'legal' presence in US to get either an ID card or Driving License.

Not to worry.
There are up to 4.2 million CCTV cameras in Britain - about one for every 14 people.
And they still can't stop hard drugs being traded.
HOW (the brits) CAN BE WATCHED
4.2m CCTV cameras
300 CCTV appearances a day
Reg plate recognition cameras
Shop RFID tags
Mobile phone triangulation
Store loyalty cards
Credit card transactions
London Oyster cards
Satellites
Electoral roll
NHS patient records
Personal video recorders
Phone-tapping
Hidden cameras/bugs
Worker call monitoring
Worker clocking-in
Mobile phone cameras
Internet cookies
Keystroke programmes

If people aren't aware that their privacy went Kaput in the last decade, they've been in a coma or a remote monastery.

Or an urban legend?
If it is, why the up roar over Arizona?
Regarding the OP's video:
In 1970 I was an overnight guest of the guards at the Tapachula - Guatamala border station. It seems they had little humor or patience for a back packin' hippy entering their country from the south and wanted to ensure I got a proper welcome. While I wasn't concerned about my physical safety at first that changed about 11 p.m. when a pick up truck with several handcuffed illegal's pulled up and stopped. The three border guards walked out, unloaded the men and lined them up against an outside wall. Then they proceeded to beat them unconscious, un-cuffed them and left them laying in a bloody heap. After a while, when the men came to, they limped back across the border. After the second act at about two in the morning one of the returning guards pointed his night stick at me and smiled like, your next. It was a long night and I felt fortunate the next day to pass unscathed. I doubt much has changed since then so how a chip is going to fix things is a mystery to me.

You betcha Lizzy, and from our 3rd. floor living room we have a perfect view of the Chapala police stations 2nd. floor dispatch office. With the windows and curtains always open we used to occasionally watch the large split screen T.V monitor until they moved it last month. Last seen there were 9 different views of lakeside street scenes with cameras that panned and could zoom. Makes ya kinda comfortable/uncomfortable eh? Grande ermano está mirando.

The cameras don't work. Someone took the brain. There is one by the sail, one by beer garden, another by the main stoplight, etc.

Is this for real, or urban legend?
When BC Drivers licenses became too difficult to forge, wealthy Asian women were paying look-a-likes to take the drivers test for them.

You know, that could work down here. There's certainly enough of us fat old gringos and sadly we all look pretty much the same.
