Need Jalisco license plates for my San Luis Potosí vehicle

We bought a new vehicle before relocating here last summer. Currently have San Luis Potosí plates and need to know how to get Jalisco plates. Hoping not to have to drive to Guad and enter a maze. Someone had mentioned service where someone else will take care of the process. Recommendations? Thanks!

First you apply for an appointment...
With appointment in hand... your day is going to start at 6AM so you can be thru the gates in Guadalajara before they close at 8AM... The process... If all yor paperwork is in order .... should only take 6 or 7 hours..

Don't you have to go to San Luis and get those plates released and a letter saying so to take to Jalisco?

Weve done it before, can make the appointment and make sure all papers ready to go, next two weeks may be tricky and after that due to holidays and some backlog

We live and own residences in Jalisco and Chiapas.  We have two cars, both with Jalisco plates because we bought both cars in Guadalajara.  Nobody gives a damn in Mexico if you move to Ouagadougoo Upper Volta.  Get  over it¡  By the way we have been stopped by traffic cops in Jalisco. Chiapas, Tabasco, Veracruz, Mexico, Michoacan and you name it.  No problems as to license plates..  Worry about death. which comes to us all.
