Photo radar
Photo radar
I have been told that there was a recent court ruling that has eliminated all photo radar in the state of Jalisco as it has been ruled unconstitutional. I haven't seen the portable photo radar tripod that they normally setup by Ixthulacan for quite a while now. Anyone else seen anything on this?
Re: Photo radar
Yes, I saw that too. Might have been MND. Recently drove that stretch of the highway and didn't see the free-standing photo radar thing either.

Not true, the ruling doesnt apply to everybody and the private contractor will be bought out by the state. Look for more photo radar and drunk driving and look for any offense stops and checkpoints in Chapala, Ixtlahuacan and Jocotepec.

Got a speeding ticket via camara 3 weeks ago in Tlajomulco. I had washed my bike but forgot to slap some mud over the license plate after the wash. Lesson learned.
