There used to be one at Farmacia Guadalajara but it was quite restrictive in what you could do (amounts, etc.) The best one I know of is in Chapala at Bancoppel (2nd floor of the Coppel store on Madero, next corner up from the bus station.)

Thanks guys. They said they tried GDL RX but they no longer do it or something along those lines.

I saw w.u. sign above customer service in walmart.
Banco azteca in chapala are full agents.
