Trying to contact Oscar at Tomza propane Empty Trying to contact Oscar at Tomza propane

We have used Oscar Macias for propane delivery since 2010. We have two phone numbers for Tomza, 331-487-6533 and 331-498-5620. When we call we get a message in Spanish. Does anyone use Oscar or have a way to contact him? Thanks so much. Barbara
