I have driven highway 80 many times. Beautiful drive but you do need to be cautious. People passing in a blind curve is a routine maneuver. I find the 200 from Las Varas to Bucerius to be just as bad, if not worse.

No kidding!

In my driving experience in Mexico I would label the Libramiento between the highway and the WM intersection and Hwy 200 from Las Varas all the way to PV as the most dangerous places to drive in MX. Maybe also the Devil's Spine road crossing the Sierra Madre Norte.

How about the Carretera Chapala-Jocotepec between the WM intersection and SJC on Sunday PM and nightfall?    lol!
