Dr. Cherry Adjchavanich -New GP at CHAPALA MED

Dr. Adjchavanich, a general practitioner, is a native of Houston, Texas. She graduated from U.A.G. in 2007 and received her license to practice in Mexico in 2010 after completing her year of Social Service. She has been working in research and academia in the U.S. and her most recent position was doing research at Baylor College of Medicine.

Dr. Cherry (as she likes to be called) embodies the principles that Chapala Med has been built upon and is an empathetic and caring doctor. Her roles will include home visits,  implementing cardiology testing under Dr. Sobrino and in the near future women's health examinations. She is holding office hours from 5 pm - 8 pm Monday - Friday by appointment and WALK-IN's are always welcome. Come in and meet her. She leaves people smiling everywhere she goes.

When the hospital RIBERA MEDICAL CENTER opens and Dr. Santiago Hernandez's role as medical director comes into fruition, Dr. Cherry's responsibilities will grow. We will have a semi-retired INTERNAL MEDICINE specialist from Kentucky also joining the team of CHAPALA MED's primary care physicians by the end of 2018.
