Raul Garcia, Arq and his brother-in-law Carlos Sanchez are based in San Antonio. They build traditionally using brick and also use Contec.

I have not heard of them before and would like to find out if anyone locally has used them ... and then, were you pleased with the work, what was the overall quality, quality of finished walls, etc., timeliness, quality of the construction crew, etc. Please send a PM or post here.
