Yes the survey crews have started...Actual physical installation of fiber will start end of this month. They are still working on the office..haven´t found a deal they like yet.

That's great news.

Brings back memories from 8 years ago when COGICO (a Canadian telecom company) was string fiber using Toronto Hydro poles. Hydro took their bloody time to complete a loading study and permit each pole!

It would be interesting to know what assessments CFE does for safety.

Well, I can tell you that CFE placed new poles in Riberas, Going down Santa Isabel. Purpose: one can only guess...
