I'm not very tech savvy but I'm getting avg 14 download and .6/.7 upload and can't get anything to stream at all. Is this normal? Is there anything that can be done to fix this? TIA

Where are you? I'm in SA and couldn't stream this afternoon either. Can now though. BTW some of us would kill for 14 down.
