I just finished a long, miserable experience with the realty LFR, Lori Fjelsted Realty in Chapala. The house is sold (or given away) and I'm out of the house .... you'd think they would get the house off their website. But, maybe they don't have enough business and need something to make their website look 'fuller.' If anyone is interested, they are welcome to contact me via a PM .... I can comment on experience of the broker/agent, sale or purchase of raw land, sale of a house, problems with negotiation of price and terms, and rental.
